At CarPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

You can return your purchased items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • The product has not been installed or altered in any way.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

2.2 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for your return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and provide further instructions.

2.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

2.5 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to check availability and arrange for the exchange. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2.7 Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the items to ensure safe delivery.
